Who we are

The Home Evaluator is offered by Sandpoint Realty LLC, an Idaho real estate brokerage, 1205 Hwy 2, Ste 203B, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Rain Silverhawk is an Associate Broker with Sandpoint Realty LLC.

What the estimate is, and isn't

The value range is an automated estimate built from recent sales and listings in the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the details you enter. It is meant to start a conversation. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion or a guarantee of what a property will sell for. It can't see condition, views, improvements, or anything you didn't tell it.

Registering to see sold data

Detailed sale prices and listing data in the full report come from the MLS and are shared only with registered users. By registering, you agree that:

• You are entering a consumer relationship with Sandpoint Realty LLC so that it can provide you with real estate brokerage information and services. This does not obligate you to list or buy with us.
• You will use the information only for your personal, non-commercial interest in buying or selling property like yours.
• You will not copy, redistribute, resell or republish the data, and you won't share your access with anyone else.
• The information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

Your information

We keep the address and details you enter, your estimate, and the contact information you give us. We use it to prepare your report and, if you said it's OK, to follow up with you. We don't sell your information. If you agreed to be contacted by phone or text, you can opt out any time by replying STOP or by telling us.
